Nakgopse, a specialty of Busan, South Korea, is a popular hot pot dish made by simmering octopus, beef intestines, and shrimp in a spicy broth.Na-chan Na-chan uses carefully selected beef intestines, the same kind used in their yakiniku (Japanese BBQ).This is a hearty and satisfying course meal that includes everything from appetizers to the final dishes of bokkeumbap and naengmyeon!
